Refund Policy — Platemetrics

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current month.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual plans are prepaid for 12 months. If you cancel an annual plan:

Within 7 days of purchase: full refund, no questions asked
After 7 days but within 30 days: 80% refund of remaining months
After 30 days: no refund; service continues until the annual period ends

Free Trial

No credit card is required for the 14-day free trial. No charges are applied during the trial period. You may cancel anytime during the trial at no cost.

Setup & Onboarding Fees

One-time setup or onboarding fees are non-refundable once the onboarding session has been completed.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were incorrectly charged, contact us within 60 days of the charge at billing@platemetrics.in. Valid billing errors will be refunded within 5–7 business days.

How to Request a Refund

            Email billing@platemetrics.in with subject "Refund Request — [Your Organization Name]".

            Include: account email, subscription plan, reason for cancellation, and date of charge.

            We process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
