Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platemetrics platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users including Organization administrators, Vendor users, and Employees.

2. Description of Service

Platemetrics is an Enterprise Meal Management SaaS platform providing digital food ordering, vendor management, employee meal tracking, food audit analytics, and billing management capabilities through web portals and mobile applications.

3. Account Registration & Security

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Each organization is responsible for all activity under their Platemetrics account

4. Subscription & Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable GST
• Annual plans are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Attempt unauthorized access to any systems or networks
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written authorization

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you input into Platemetrics. We act solely as a data processor on your behalf. Upon account termination, you may export your data within 30 days before it is securely deleted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Platemetrics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your access will cease and data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
